Very Original

I don't think I've played anything like this before (certainly nothing that looked like this). The game showed bucket-loads of ambition and innovation.

However, there are some issues. The length of the game being the main one. It's just far too short, and there is no real reason to play it again. I do understand how long stop motion animation takes to make, though, and the effort needed, so I applaud the developer for even trying this.

Another issue I have is that it's not so much a 'shooting' game as it is a 'click the right area to advance' game. This is because you can't shoot the enemies until the red info screen tells you what to do (even when it's obvious), or until they shoot you first. It removes the reactions element of shooting games and leaves a 'click-to-progress' movie.

I have one last gripe: the blue text on the red info screen. This messed with my eyes quite a bit....

Overall, though, a game that is worth a look for the sheer creativity of concept and visuals.

An Achievement!

This game is fantastic. You get to smash stuff, throw stuff, use stuff as weapons - it's incredible.

I was just playing the main game and I got to the train boss. I thought the tutorial at the start was very helpful and the cutscenes were funny.

The train is pretty hard. Though, I wasn't bothered playing it again to get to the train, as the parts before were so enjoyable. I also noticed that when you lose all your lives, you can continue with a single life, which is a nice touch.

There is a huge amount of things that you can interact with in the game, and vast array of weapons. It never felt like it was going to get dull.

Even though I just played a small portion of the game, I can see the amount of effort and polish that went into this game, and I suspect that it holds the high standard right to the end. Also, with all the unlockables and medals, this game is huge!

This game would be getting an easy 10 stars if it wasn't for the controls. I'm sorry, but it was a bit uncomfortable and awkward for me. I think it was because the d-pad was on the arrow keys instead of WASD, which I'm used to and I prefer. It might just be me, though, as this doesn't seem to be commented on before. This was my only minor complaint.

Overall, you need to play this game. It's fun, feature-packed, the graphics are great, the music and sound effects are spot on.... What are you waiting for? Go smash stuff!

Encountered bug!

I got a major glitch when playing this game. I completed a wave and died at the same time and the perks screen stayed up as I played it again.

The reload time is too long. I even chose the 10% faster reload time perk and it still wasn't fast enough. Maybe, you were trying to be realistic, but you should focus on making it fun.

There was another bug: when you start the game, you can't move until you shoot. I'm guessing this wasn't intentional.

I didn't like the pop-up window when you died either. It would be a lot better if you managed to set up a leaderboard in-game.

I didn't like much about this game (as I'm sure you can tell), but I did like the way your character and the zombies appear to be dancing to the music, and that the character can shoot behind himself.

Overall, not good. It's too glitchy, too difficult and not original.

Hi, I'm Daniel. I'm a Christian. I like reading, games, creative writing, sport, cooking, movies and anime. I don't like spiders, clowns, loud people or lies. I hope to get a job as a level designer in the games industry.
